Q. How was the Miniature and Toy Dalmatian developed?
A. The Miniature and Toy Dalmatian was developed over 16 years using nine generations of AKC Standard Dalmatians. Back to Top

Q. How do these differ from Standard Dalmatians?
A. Other than the size, we have bred out deafness (1%), kidney problems (.5%), and aggressive behavior. In fact, their temperament is one of the Miniature Dalmatians best qualities. Back to Top

A. They are very intelligent and easy to train. Back to Top

Q. What colors are available?
A. All Dalmatians are born solid white, and then develop either Dilute or Mosaic spot patterns. The spots develop into several colors: black and white, liver and white, tri-colors, and brindles. Back to Top

Q. What spot patterns are available?
A. All Dalmatians are born solid white, and then develop either Dilute or Mosaic spot patterns. If a spot is visible at birth (usually over the eye, ear, or elsewhere on the body), it is known as a PATCH. Back to Top

Q. What is a Dilute spot pattern?
A. A Dilute is basically a white dog with very few spots. It could take up to a year to fully spot out. Back to Top

Q. What is a Mosaic spot pattern?
A. A Mosaic is a spot pattern with numerous spots that are vivid, and may cluster together. Back to Top

Q. How can I breed, and register my dog?
A. There is no breeding stock available. All pets must be spayed or neutered at the proper age (6-9 months). When proof of this procedure is supplied, a registration certificate from the American Breeders Club will be sent to you. Back to Top

Q. What is the temperament of the Miniature Dalmatian?
A. Their temperament is one of their best qualities. Males and females have the same temperament. Our customers have found the Mini and Toy Dalmatians to be gentle, loving, and very special to all of the members of the family, including other pets. Back to Top

Q. Are there any health issues with the Miniature and Toy Dalmatians?
A. We have bred out deafness (1%), kidney problems (.5%), and aggressive behavior. All puppies have a 100% health guarantee (on delivery), however, the continued health of your pet is your responsibility. Back to Top

Q. Can I see the puppy before I purchase it?
A. Visitors are welcome to the kennel by appointment only. Limo service is provided for guest arriving at the Albany, GA. Airport. If you are not able, or prefer not to visit the kennel, pictures of the available puppies can be emailed.
