“Judging Success One Healthy Puppy at a Time”
GEORGIA DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE HEALTH CERTIFICATE:
In addition to your Puppy Health Record of Vaccines and Parasite control, your puppy comes with an official Georgia Department of Agriculture Health Certificate, signed by our Licensed Veterinarian - Gardner & Hydrick Animal Hospital, who has serviced our facility for 35 years. This ensures your pet is clinically healthy, was inspected, and appears to be free of signs of infectious and contagious disease, and to the best of his knowledge, exposure thereto, which would endanger the animal or other animals or would endanger public health. Your pet will be certified free of ticks and has no fresh wound or wound in the process of healing. Lastly, their heart, lungs, eyes, ears, and joints are examined and appear to be free of defects.
